Admissions for Reception to Year Six
The administration of admission arrangements for Reception to Year 6 into our school are dealt with by the Admissions team at Oxfordshire County Council. Full information can be found on their website, linked below.
The process involves completing an application form (called a Common Admission Preference Form) which must be submitted to Oxfordshire County Council generally by a date in mid-January of the year your child is due to start school (see timetable link below).

The catchment area for our school includes Brightwell Baldwin, Britwell Salome, Christmas Common, Clare, Cut Mill, Cuxham, Easington, Greenfield, Howe Hill, Northend Court, Northend, Portobello, Pyrton, Shirburn, Stoke Talmage, Upperton, and Watlington.
If your child has already started school and you are looking to transfer to a different school you will need to apply to the admissions team at Oxfordshire County Council and complete an In Year Transfer form.

Admissions to Nursery
At Watlington Primary we offer 16 full time places (32 part time places), for 3 and 4 year olds (additional places may be available – subject to staffing). Our nursery provision enables eligible parents to access the government initiative of up to 30 hours free childcare per week. We will offer two sessions each day, Monday to Friday. Our morning session runs from 9am to 12pm, and our afternoon session runs from 12pm to 3pm.
We accept children from the term (September, January, April) after they turn 3 years of age.
